I recently rented a car from First rent a car Overall, I had a positive experience. The process of picking up the car was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The car itself was clean and in good condition, and I had no issues with it during my rental period. The rates were also very reasonable compared to other rental car companies I have used in the past. I would definitely recommend First rent a car to anyone in need of a rental car. + is the only one company who offered free overnight parking,I was able to use my own insurance but why I’m going to use mine own if they have full coverage , it was amazing experience .

Very nice to rent a car in central Waikiki. Nice mid size suv perfect for our trip to Dole, North Shore, Crumble cookie and Ulta. Smooth tide all the way. When returning the car in the evening, Aja at the service desk was really friendly and helpful.

Extremely impressed with Voyage car rental. Fantastic customer service, stress free, awesome services provided with no hassle. We want to thank Michelle and Lauren for being so accommodating to us. They provided amazing and friendly customer service, Michelle showed us a map of the island and go to spots-we are forever grateful for being able to see the turtle! Lauren arranged a vehicle for us and making the transaction seamless when we decided last minute we wanted to rent the car a day early. Aja made returning the car a breeze. Hawaii is truly magical but the people made the biggest impact. We never experienced such a stress free car rental process like we did with Voyage. Thank you so much.

Needed a last minute day rental. Saw this place nearby, since our hotel car rental was super expensive and very limited on vehicles we decided to try them out. We reserved online before picking up to be safe but also it was a little cheaper... when I say a little i mean ($20-30 less). The rental process was quick and easy. They are located inside the Waikiki shoping plaza, first floor. A little kiosk. Customer service for pick up and drop off was super helpful and nice. The car wasnt in the best condition compared to other rental places, but worked perfect for what we needed. Id highly recommend this place, especially for a last minute rental.

Quick service when renting the car! They were really nice and gave us a little discount for the rental. They let us rent the night before, last minute needed a car. Super helpful at both desks Aja was super sweet and helpful when we dropped off our car! Definitely recommend this rental company!

Good customer service. Was issued a car without spare tire and they quickly provided me with a replacement car that had a spare tire. Manager came out to make sure I was good with everything. Also, Aja, who handled my overnight drop off and my car return was very warm, friendly, and professional. She got me taken care of quickly and on my way home both times. When I returned the car, I appreciate that she asked me about the car and whether there were any issues and she also was friendly and asked me about what we did during our trip. Both she and the manager, in particular, really made this a wonderful renting experience!

This is the most hassle-free car rental in Waikiki. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. They got us checked-in and into a car in under 10 minutes. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a vehicle for the day.
